  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 kiwi chopped
  • 1 green apple chopped
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • 5-10 ice cubes
  • 1-2 teaspoon of honey


  • In a blender add the water, yogurt, arugula, and kiwi and blend until smooth.
  • Add the green apple, pineapple, and ice cubes and blend.
  • Taste and add honey as needed.
