Air Fryer Tomatoes
Air Fryer Tomatoes are a quick and easy way to make use of all the delicious summer tomatoes coming your way!
- 1 10 ounce Cherry or Grape Tomatoes some halved, some left whole
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
Preheat your air fryer to 370.
In a small bowl, toss the cherry tomatoes with the olive oil, salt and pepper, and white wine vinegar.
Once preheated, tip the tomatoes into the basket of your air fryer, or spread them out if you have one with a tray.
Air fry for 6-10 minutes or until tomatoes are cooked through, charred or browned in spots, and pierce easily with a fork.
